To register by purchase order, please use the link below and have the following information ready at the time or registration:

• Registrant Name
• Registrant's Home Address
• Registrant's E-mail
• Valid PO# -- Please use the same PO# for all orders for your district and register attendees within one week's time. We will create a combined invoice for you
• Name and e-mail to which invoice should be sent
• Name of district's high ability coordinator

Credit card transactions will include a 3% non-refundable transaction fee.
