The 2026 Indiana Association for the Gifted Annual Conference, Ignite the Spark: Helping Gifted Minds Shine, gathers educators and leaders in gifted education on December 14–15 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. Over the two days, participants will hear from inspiring keynotes, engage with state and national leaders, learn from expert practitioners, and connect with colleagues committed to supporting gifted learners.
Conference Reservation
Schools may reserve and prepay for conference registrations now in order to use current year funds or budget reallocations. This option is intended for Coordinators who need to secure conference registrations before the June 30 encumbrance deadline, even if the specific attendees have not yet been identified.
Two-Day Conference Reservation packages are available for $510 per attendee. Each package includes a $50 IAG membership or membership renewal and a $460 two day conference registration (reflecting both the Early Bird rate and member discount).
One-Day Conference Reservation packages are available for $415 per attendee. Each package includes a $50 IAG membership or membership renewal and a $365 one-day conference registration (reflecting both the Early Bird rate and member discount).
When conference registration opens in September, IAG will collect attendee names and full registration details.
Conference Reservation packages must be reserved by June 30, and payment is due by September 28, 2026.
How Conference Reservation Works
1. Complete the Conference Reservation form and indicate the number of registrations you would like to reserve by June 30. Pay by credit card or send payment via ACH or check by September 28.
2. When registration opens in September, IAG will contact you to identify the individuals who will use the reserved registrations.
3. Each attendee will join or renew as an IAG member and complete the registration process for IAG 2026.
4. IAG will apply the Conference Reservation payment to the identified attendee’s registration.
